Does this need to be a full article?

This may work better merged into the main [Control character] article. It’s a fascinating little piece of computing lore, but decontextualised here, it currently seems more like a dictionary or glossary definition than an encylopedia article. Or perhaps its function as linking together several otherwise disconnected codepoints with a more coherent historical narrative makes it worth keeping. ⧖ Maetl Encoder (talk) 09:42, 8 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
