Civil procedure code of the Netherlands

The Civil procedure code (Wetboek van Burgerlijke Rechtsvordering) of the Netherlands comprises four books covering topics in the field of civil procedure.

The four books cover:

• The procedures of the Rechtbank (district court), the Gerechtshof (higher court) and the Hoge Raad der Nederlanden (Supreme Court)
• Enforcement of judicial judgments, disposals and acts
• Jurisprudence
• Arbitration
