You know the drill at this point... it's time for my 2023 ArbCom voting guide. As I said in my last 3 guides, I have no idea if anyone will read or care about this, but I was going to end up making something like this for myself anyway, so I might as well post it publicly on the off-chance that it’s useful to other voters. Also, please remember to do your own research and don't just blindly follow what my guide says.
