The Interdisciplinary Council on Developmental and Learning Disorders (ICDL) is a nonprofit organization founded by Stanley Greenspan and Serena Wieder for identification, prevention, and treatment of developmental and learning disorders.

ICDL was initially founded in 1990 as the 'Foundation for the Prevention and Treatment of Developmental Disorders in Children', prior to changing its name to ICDL in 2022.[1]

The Interdisciplinary Council on Developmental and Learning Disorders (ICDL) offers a certification program in Floortime play therapy, but it is not formally recognized by therapeutic associations.
