An article one month shy of TWENTY years old, without a single source, and tagged for WP:OR. I don't see any chance of rehabilitating this article such that it can be considered reliable to any degree. It's interesting - but one can only guess if any of the info is actually true or accurate. Computer terminal seems to cover the concept in a more structured manner, albeit with problems of its own... cheers. anastrophe, an editor he is. 05:53, 6 October 2023 (UTC)

- Comment I don't see any particular problems with accuracy here, but it does focus mostly on terminal-like consoles which are already discussed well in Computer terminal. There's more of a distinction for early computers where the console was a panel of lights and switches rather than a terminal. One way to address this would be to add a paragraph about early computers' consoles to Computer terminal, and then turn this into a redirect? Adam Sampson (talk) 13:14, 6 October 2023 (UTC)
- Comment I could certainly provide some sources, but IMHO the material should be split between Console (hardware) and Console (software), possibly as sections of Front panel and Computer terminal, with suitable {{distinguish}} templates. -- Shmuel (Seymour J.) - Delete it's sufficiently covered by the relevant console articles as above. Oaktree b (talk) 14:20, 6 October 2023 (UTC)
