"AI"?
Can anyone add a bit more about the general architecture of the system? It's referred to as "AI", but was it really more 'GOFAI' or an exceptionally good Expert System? Considering this was right in the middle of the second "AI Winter", it seems strange to refer to it as "AI" by today's standards unless it involved some kind of machine learning or some secret that went beyond well-crafted algorithms.
