Terminal values are stuff like beauty, equality, wisdom etc. Values are influenced by culture and therefore weighs diffrently from society to society. The term can also be used to mean the net worth of a good after it has been completely depreciated. It is also applicable in computer science field to mean a string or character representing the end. eg, a terminal value is introduced when one hits the 'enter' key in order to start a new paragraph.
