FNMF personally appealed to Jimmy Wales for a consideration on the page Christopher_Michael_Langan. Wales agreed with FNMF (to some degree) causing at least one user to apparently leave the project (User:Guettarda).
FNMF's first edit was February 27, 2007. Asmodeus's last edit was February 23, 2007. This leaves less than 2 days' time for the checklog to function properly. There are stylisting similarities, such as using the word "desist", but that is fairly surficial. However, both editors have an extremely small number of articles which have been edited.
The ArbCom ruling violated was: Wikipedia:Requests_for_arbitration/ScienceApologist
