VictorianRailways.net		Yes	Trains	Is a self-published source, but is reliable for official station layout diagrams, official track diagrams and other official railway historical documents.
Daniel Bowen		No	All	Is a blog. Bowen also uses his blog to express personal views.
PUTA		Yes		The largest website for Victorian transport that is independent of the government, provides a large library of fact checked and fully reliable information.
