Broken tool?

This tool is broken. After trying to use it for multiple article purposes, I was met every time with a variant of "X does not exist on wikipedia:en" error. Following some research I did on the Dispenser user, it seems like this person may have left the project. Many of the links on this user's page point to an unrelated website about hotels, which likely is the result of the host domain being resold. That being said, is there an alternative that I can use to see which redirects point to a certain page? This tool was very useful in the past.
