"WebConferencing" is a term commonly applied to online meetings. It is essentially the use of software to display and share one persons display and data with others over the internet or a private network in a real-time, interactive fashion. A few examples of these softwares are: PictureTalk, WebEx, Placeware/MS LiveMeeting.
