The article reads "NCP provided the link control and Network layer functions of a Wide area network." (first paragraph)

Researching - I believe so. The SNA layer is called "data link control", but it seems to correspond to "data link" in the OSI model. Making the change. Peter Flass (talk) 11:53, 7 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
