Surf Control is a program used to 'block' certain websites from being viewed. This program is commonly used in schools and is used to prevent children from viewing inappropriate websites.
However there is large amount of critism about how easy it is to get past it and how it blocks appropriate web sites and doesn't block many inappropriate ones.
