Notability?

This seems like an article created to promote a relatively obscure result published in a few papers. This is not a well-known technique and I don't believe this is necessary to be covered in wikipedia.

If anything, there is a much better known optimization algo also called Lion (evolved sign momentum) that could replace this article. 2601:645:8002:4AB0:41EF:E6CC:F4E9:4FFB (talk) 16:34, 28 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
