Steven Molnar is a Canadian Chef and restaurateur. Molnar is currently the Chef de Cuisine at Quetzel in Toronto. In 2022, Quetzel was awarded it's first Michelin star.[1]

Early life and career
Molnar was born to a Hungarian father and Japanese mother.[4]
Molnar studied at Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France.[5] He worked under Chef Normand Laprise at Toque! in Montreal.[6] He later worked at Note Bene in Toronto.[7]
Quetzel
Molnar was welcomed at Quetzel as Chef de Cuisine in 2020.[8]
Unsure what cuisine to ultimately master, Molnar decided to pursue a career in making Mexican cuisine.[9]
Following the award of Michelin star, the restaurant picked up considerable business.[10]
Personal life
Molnar's partner is Ethiopian.[11]
