Steven Molnar is a Canadian Chef and restaurateur. Molnar is currently the Chef de Cuisine at Quetzel in Toronto. In 2022, Quetzel was awarded it's first Michelin star.[1]

Molnar was born to a Hungarian father and Japanese mother.[4]
Molnar was welcomed at Quetzel as Chef de Cuisine in 2020.[5]
Career
Unsure what cuisine to ultimately master, Molnar decided to pursue a career in making Mexican cuisine.[6]
Personal life
Molnar's partner is Ethiopian.[7]
