Strategic grid model

Strategic Grid Model is a contingency approach that can be used to determine the strategic relevance of IT to the organization. The axes of the IT strategic grid model portray the future (shown as the X-axis) and current (Y-axis) strategic importance of information systems activities to a firm. divided into, four quadrants are identified as "Factory", "Support", "Strategic" and "Turnaround".^[1]
