Federalism

@DankJae I agree that Proposed United Kingdom Confederation is essentially a form of independence within a confederal union rather than devolution. Federalism in the United Kingdom on the other hand is heavily associated with devolution and proposals for a federal UK have virtually always included some form of greater devolution or influence for the devolved governments.
