Split this Unicode block from general article Dingbat

I have turned this redirect page (which was to Dingbat#Dingbats Unicode block) into full content of the Unicode block. Main reason is that this was like the only block that did not have its own page, and on the other side the Dingbat article was effectively shifted into the full block description (eg, including block history, which is otherwise so well provided in Unicode bock pages).

More editing is needed, for example too much content might be duplicated in the articles. ping Drmccreedy. DePiep (talk) 19:29, 2 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
