The lead isn't too clear in regards to the title of the article. The second paragraph clearly explains encoding/decoding which clears up any confusion a reader might have after the first paragraph. It's not that the first paragraph isn't easily understood, it just doesn't explain what the article is about right off the bat. The lead is concise and not overly detailed. I'm not too sure as to what has been edited by my peer. It seems that the edits made were used to clean up the article a little bit according to the editing history. There aren't any images, but given the topic I don't see how media would increase the readers understanding of the article. There are a few articles in the sources that seem a little outdated, but once again I am not sure which were already in use before the edits. Overall, the article seems to be well organized and I don't see any grammatical errors that make it difficult to comprehend.
