Starting the discussion

So because of some Manuel of Style disagreement, you mass-reverted every edit from me in every article? The edits have multiple reasons, why would you reverted everything for such tiny stuff? Do you know how long it take to work on the changes? It is more harm than good to mass undo these work like that. Those are not "informal writing", like you, I'm trying my best and working to make these essays encyclopedic. Of course we might not agree to every changes in the edits, there might be some mistakes in my edits, but those can be easily fixed later and worked on, more importantly, the edits are in majority: normal, good and sensible changes, reverting everything for some minor mistakes just do more harm than good.

Why my edit contain informal writing? Because of using the word "It"? I don't think that is informal, that is grammatically correct, we can use "it" to refer to a group subject, including a team, and we definitely should, because "it" is shorter than "they", hence quicker for readers to read and cleaner to look at. And about numbers, I know there is a rule here about single-digit writing to be spelled in words, but just ignore this rule and some rules, this particular one is not a reasonable rule, not all the MoS rules are agreeable, there is no difference in writing a number and a word, and it's just cleaner to just write in numbers, allow texts to flow quicker to read, the same reason above. Please compare my version with the older one, you will see that my version is much much cleaner and nicer to read. GOG88 (talk) 00:49, 13 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
