• Initial community input indicated an RfC regarding article creations at scale would be a helpful precursor, and ArbCom confirmed this was within scope.
• Discussion of structure and scope of the workshopping phase to develop this first RfC happened here.
• The workshopping began August 31 at Wikipedia talk:Arbitration Committee/Requests for comment/Article creation at scale.
• The RfC regarding article creation at scale will follow the workshopping, be located at Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Requests for comment/Article creation at scale, and will run for 30 days, with a panel of closers; dates to be announced.
• Preparations for the RfC regarding article deletion at scale will follow; timeline to be announced.
