- Initial community input indicated an RfC regarding article creations at scale would be a helpful precursor, and ArbCom confirmed this was within scope.
- Discussion of structure and scope of the workshopping phase to develop this first RfC is currently happening here.

- The RfC regarding article creation at scale will follow the workshopping, be located at Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Requests for Comment/Article creation at scale, and will run for 30 days, with a panel of closers; dates to be announced.
