Article title

Micga recently moved this article, and I had it moved back because collection development is a standard term in libraries; all the pages that link to the term are library-related. I see that Micga is more active on the Polish Wikipedia than here on the English Wikipedia, and so may be Polish, and so may not know that collection development is a standard term in anglophone libraries.
