2022 El Qantara checkpoint attack

On 8 May 2022, ten soldiers and one officer are killed during an attack at a checkpoint at a water pumping station in El Qantara,[1] Sinai Peninsula, Egypt. Five more were injured.[2]

No group claimed responsibility.[2]
