Overview Matthew McAvene (Mack-Uh-Veen) is a highly prolific musical and visual artist with outstanding versatility. After years of travel and self education, he has settled in Santa Barbara as a visionary artist and musician dedicated to the creation of positive and lasting change in the global community. As an inventor, producer, painter, musician, sculptor, writer and designer, it has been said he is one of the most prolific artists in multiple mediums (Montecito Journal, 7/18/05). McAvene's work is vast in style, ranging from primitive to realist. Since performing publicly in 2005, McAvene created stage backdrops, puppets and effects for his show as well as other acts. He’s opened for the Wailers, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Eddie Money, ALO and Hot Buttered Rum String Band. McAvene’s music and art was featured at the Solutions for Dreamers Festival (2007) which also featured special guest Jack Johnson. McAvene has recorded with Zach Gill (ALO/Jack Johnson) and was recognized on the air as “the best band in Santa Barbara” after winning the FM107.7 Battle of the Bands. Out of 50 band submissions, McAvene was crowned champion and featured at the 2006 MDA Black & Blue Ball benefit. Visual Art McAvene worked as a freelance artist at his eldest brothers special effects shop, McAvene Designs in North Hollywood, CA. He created puppets and creature costumes for television shows on Fox and ABC, ice shows for Disney and feature films such as Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back. After 5 years in Los Angeles, he moved to Santa Barbara to raise his son, Benjamin Catch McAvene (b. 2001). In Santa Barbara, McAvene continued producing fine art, specialty effects and manifested ideas for television shows of his own... In the early 1990s McAvene began a renunciation period, in which he simplified his life in order to focus on inner development. McAvene apprenticed with a variety of free thinking sculptors, painters, poets and performance artists. McAvene returned from his renunciation period and experimented with determination in a Los Angeles garage, recording songs, painting, sculpting and writing. Music In 2003, McAvene teamed up with Oniracom (a Santa Barbara media development company dedicated to Solutions for Dreamers) for the production of Wasting Time (www.wastingtimetv.com), a 1/2 hour television show about artists, the creative process and the struggle for creative expression. McAvene has recorded over 2000 songs through an intuitive song-writing process he calls the 'One Take Sessions' under his self-created record label Wizard Records. Throughout the editing process of Wasting Time T.V., Oniracom came to realize the amazing musical talent paralleling McAvenes other artistic achievements. The Establishment of Nu Phi Psi Nu Phi Psi was founded on, June 23, 1988 by Dr. C.T. Wallace and Antwane L. Nelson. The purpose is to inspire community empowerment through ingenuity & entrepreneurism. The hope is that the entrepreneurs that are nurtured within will reinvest their knowledge and resources to educate and develop innovative initiatives (such as grants, Q & A forums, donation of books pertaining to entrepreneurism) within their local communities to help guide those who have the will but not the means to make their ideas and concepts a reality. The establishing class consisted of 11 young collegiate men: Eric Brown, Walter Guzman, Gerald Smith, Jerry Brown, Terrel Parks, Alsindor Pittman, Marcus Gonzalez, Raheem Clemente, Dion Blackmon, Demetrius Hopkins, and Ben Johnson. Governing National Council Nu Phi Psi is an independent fraternal organization. This means that they do not belong to a national governing council of fraternities and/or sororities. Thet have no need to because they have their own internal governing council (The Nu Phi Psi National Board Of Directors) and their own set of national rules, bylaws, and policies that oversee their membership nationally. Mission Statement Is to inspire community empowerment through ingenuity & entrepreneurism. Our hope is that the entrepreneurs we nurture within will reinvest their knowledge and resources to educate and develop innovative initiatives within their local communities to help guide those who have the will but not the means to make their ideas and product concepts a reality. Some of these initiatives include but are not limited to: Venture Capital Loans or Grants, Symposiums with Q & A sessions, Donation of books pertaining to entrepreneurism, etc. Membership Qualities Nu Phi men are men that dare to be different, men that want to make history, & men that are movers and shakers. The organization has a great deal of respect for all organizations that came before, including those that make up the NPHC. Nu Phi Psi personifies the generation of this time and age. During the early 1900’s when most of the historically black fraternal organizations were founded, minorities of all races were being encouraged to speak out and ignite change by any means necessary. Throughout its years of existence Nu Phi Psi has provided opportunities to men that would have probably become negative statistics if not shown that there was an alternate direction that their respective lives could go if they had ambition. It is the belief of this organization that every man has the potential for financial success in life through entrepreneurism. Nu Phi Psi Today Today, the equal rights they fought for in Washington D.C., are now for the most part, enacted into laws, however we are still being held at a disadvantage because we do not own anything of real value, have no real form of recurring revenue, and most of us are still working as defacto indentured servants earning a meager monetary reward after 50 years of hard back breaking work. Many of us cannot even retire when we turn 60 because we fail to take advantage of opportunities to empower our own communities through entrepreneurism and self reliance. It is time to stop spending & sending our collective earnings out of our communities to those who dont care about improving our welfare. He was well studied in the occult and demonology and was played by Andrew Keir who also played Quatermass. He later became the star of his own recurring strip in Warrior (comics) magazine as well as House of Hammer, Halls of Horror and A-1. He was written by Steven More and John Bolton. Father Shandor was expelled from his order for his unnatural studies into the occult but he would justify this as learning how best to fight evil. His willingness to use evil forces to fight evil often ended badly for the character. Traveling to Hell in order to save a friend he was captured and killed only to be resurrected with the ability to kill anything with the touch. In fact it is only with intense concentration that he can turn his powers off. The entire adventure was staged by his nemesis Jaramsheela the demon succubus to use him as a weapon against her rivals in Hell. Powers and abilities Before his transformation Shandor was well versed in occult matters the study of demons and the use of sorcery. He was also remarkably fit for a man of his years often engaging his enemies in physical conflict. After his trip to Hell he found that even the smallest physical contact would be fatal to any living thing and unless he concentrated his powers would not shut off. This caused the death of a man who tried to strangle him in his sleep. Operations Administrative is a specific duty allocated by the Royal Australian Army Ordance Corps, particularly that of the Royal Australian Army Reserves. The duty itself is comparitive to logistics duties and involves working in a small-tightly bonded batallion. In both the Army full-time and Reserves Operator Admin (OP Admin) is a highly required position. It is a non-technical position and can be applied for by reaching your local recruiting centre; found in all major cities. OP Admins are the backbone to the Australian Defence Force as they also aid divisions in not only the Army but Navy and Air Force. To apply you must have passed English and Maths to a year 9 equilavent and the training for reserves extends to approx. 2 months, full-time approx. 5 months. The name is a play on the popular drinking game Beer Pong. However, it is different in that the medium of play is not a table, as it is for Beer Pong, instead it is played on a putting green. Their is no objective to the game other than to not get as drunk as others. However, the unskilled golfer will be in trouble if encountering Beer Putt for the first time. The rules are as follows: 1). Putt up or shut up! (The widely popular slogan now used by hundreds of thousands of people around the world). 2). If the player sinks a putt, he/she chooses a player at random to drink from a pre-measured cup of beer. However... 3). If the player is to miss the putt, he/she must drink the beer. 4). The game continues in this way until every player has played. The winner is the first to sink 5 or 7 putts, depending on the desires of the group. Note: Some variations have the game being played until the players are all drunk, with no limit on how many putts one needs to make. 36-image converter

It is useful and known for its support of many filetypes. The first version was released by UIC Phoenxsoftware on the 2nd of Februari 2006. The current version is 4.2. History 36-Image converter or 36IC was released for the first time in February 2006 as a simple image viewer that could open jpeg, bmp and gif images and convert only their extensions to 36 other file types. This made 36IC a quite useless application, but still it was downloaded over 3000 times in the months after its release. A second version 2.0 (released 10th of May 2006) fixed one small bug and that was it for 36IC in its first year. It was downloaded a good 1000 times a month in that period and was especially popular in Spain. On the 25th of April 2007 a new version was released when creator Renzo Verleysen realized the success and future potential of the application, this version was 3.0. 36IC 3.0 added a bug fix with the extensions so that it actually became an image converter. Also new icons appeared in the upper menu. You could finally reset the image by using a new-icon, also set transparency, move the image to fully view big images, resize the image and use a few basic filters on the image. The next step was version 3.1 (released 12th of May 2007) which added functions to crop or rotate the image or merge the image with another image. This was the first useful step in the 36IC-project. Also for the first time it was possible to open new file types in 36IC like : psd, psp, tif, pcx, eps, cel, cut, pic, ico and much more. Because there were problems with people who didn't knew how to use the image converter, tooltips were added for each icon. Later version 3.2 (12th of June 2007) was released which was Vista compatible and fixed a giant bug in the filetype associater and nearly a few days later version 3.3 was released which fixed known bugs with Vista x64 systems and for the first time right-mouse menu's were used. The next version 3.4, released a month later, enabled the use of multiple languages with "Language Packs". 36IC started to get very popular and was at this time downloaded 4500 times a month on download.com and even more on the UIC Phoenxsoftware site. The new revolution came with version 4 in August 2007. 36IC 4 had a totally new interface, because the old one still consisted out of the basic 8-bit icons that were extremely hard to see for elder people, the blue hideable menubar was made. But for the first time, there was also real batch conversion included. The next versions 4.0.2 and 4.1 solved a few batch-conversion bugs and finally at the end of September version 4.2.2 was released as the current version. You can now select picture frames on the images use many filters and go back in time with a history of all actions. For the first time an automatic update engine is included. UIC Phoenxsoftware announces the release of 36IC 5 codenamed "Hummingbird" in March 2008. It features a new Obsidian Interface and 3 new tools included, a 3-dimensional image viewer, a Vault to lock and encrypt images and a mass jpeg-resizer. It should also support paint functions, anti-aliasing and the insertion of objects. Features 36IC's current version can read the following filetypes : png, jpeg, bmp, cut, gif, pic, pcd, wmp, wmf, cel, pbm, pdf, ppm, ppd, bw, rgb, rgba, sgi, rla, rpf, scr, pcx, pcc, eps, fax, tif, tiff, icb, tga, vda, vst and write nearly as many. It has a resize, rotate and crop function and functions for simple transparence of the background and to merge 2 images into one. It has 16 filters and masks with as the most remarkable "Color mosaic" which keeps the lines intact but merges the image's colors with foreground and background colors. Publisher UIC Phoenxsoftware is a small internet company led by Renzo Verleysen. It is known for 36-image converter, Duelpro and FileTorment. Facts -36IC was called 32-image converter at first but 4 more filetypes were added, it is still called 32-image converter in the site description on google. -The developing of 36IC 1 took 5 hours and the developing of 36IC5 will take 5 Months. -Renzo Verleysen released an angry forum-post on his forum because of a wrong review on download.com of someone who did not read the help-file.
