JSON should eventually also be mentioned. It is typically used for data exchange of small amounts of data. I haven't seen it being used for large amounts of data, though. --MartinThoma (talk) 17:18, 19 October 2015 (UTC)

- And removed again. Indiscriminate example lists don't belong here, wikipedia isn't a directory or a catalog. - MrOllie (talk) 12:01, 23 April 2022 (UTC)

Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just modified one external link on Key-value database. Please take a moment to review my edit. If you have any questions, or need the bot to ignore the links, or the page altogether, please visit this simple FaQ for additional information. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/web/20101231030633/http://wiki.basho.com/ to https://wiki.basho.com/
When you have finished reviewing my changes, you may follow the instructions on the template below to fix any issues with the URLs.

Key–value database (dash instead of hyphen)
I'm not sure, but it seems the hyphen can be replaced with en dash (or em dash).
It will be more logical. Consider this "examples":
- The color of the Sun -- is yellow. (Well, white, I know.)
- Color -- yellow.
- Key -- value.
Hyphens, on the other hand, are typically used in slighter different meaning. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.108.28.74 (talk • contribs)
Edit Waring 2022-04-22
I wanted to improve the page, but User:Kgfleischmann keeps reverting my edits. I am a Black voice and do not use a user account because user accounts and log-ins are white patriarchy. I am being assaulted and prevented from improving this page. Please look at the page history for evidence of this. Thanks.
May people use Wikipeaia as their first spring-board for new information about a specific topic. So, creating a page that provides a broad coverage of a topic is useful. It's what I look for when I want to use Wikipeadia. When pages are not written in native English it comes across as distracting and confusing. I just wanted to help improve the page from what is was logical to be looking for on it. After this horrible experiences I don't think I will bother using or editing Wikipeadia again. I'm very disappointed by my experiences on the site. 71.225.161.57 (talk) 04:05, 24 April 2022 (UTC)
