sorry - totally disagree !

I am a process enginer; I deal mainly with DCS but also with SCADA

Plant Automation System just like Plant Automation Team is management speak for DCS and DCS engineers; at worst it is used to describe disparate PLC's which may or may not be integrated into a SCADA system or even talk to a DCS

The subject is the same as Industrial Control Systems

The subject of this article is the same as Industrial Control Systems. I propose that the two articles be merged. My Gussie 08:47, 15 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
