Merger proposal

I propose that Citation Network be merged into this page, Citation Graph. These names are synonyms for the same object and while the Citation Network is probably a more popular name at present, I think the Citation Graph page is better set up. It would be easy to merge the small amount of content from the Citation Network page into the Graph page. This would automatically set up a redirect from one to the other. Cleaning up and fixing references

Just performed a merge from citation network so this article is poorly organized at the moment. I also notice that one of the references is just a quote from a different paper, so that should be fixed as well. Please remind me if I forget to return to this later. As some restructuring is in order to meet MOS:LAYOUT, I think there's an opportunity for more useful section headings. Seems to me most of the material here could be placed in one of "Background," "Implementation," "Applications" or "See also". Even these may not all be strictly necessary. May do this tomorrow.
