Radon measures

In the "Radon measures" subsection (under "Spaces of distributions"), there is a boxed theorem. Treves's Theorem 24.5 states the result for $|p|\leq n,$ but we state it for $|p|\leq k.$ That's a typo on our side, right? I think the answer is yes, but I'm not comfortable enough with distributions to be sure.
