Frothy drinks?

An anonymous user claimed that "froth in carbonated drinks" decays exponentially. I removed this, because it smacks of unverifiable original research, but nonetheless I think it's worth a discussion. Does anyone know if the degradation of foam has ever been characterized mathematically? --Smack (talk) 06:48, 10 March 2006 (UTC)
