Unique Land Parcel Identification Number (ULPIN) is a 14-digit alphanumeric unique ID for each and every land parcel in India.[1][2] The implantation of ULPIN was took inspiration[3] from Bhudhaar project in Andhra Pradesh. Being described as “the Aadhaar for land", it is a number that would uniquely identify every surveyed land parcel[4]. The ULPIN Project was announced in October 2020[5] and it is planned to assign an ULPIN to all land parcels in India by March 2022.[6]
