"Things a Man Oughta Know" was sent to country radio as Wilson's second single in August 2020. It became her first single to appear on the Billboard charts and went on to become her first number one single at country radio in September 2021. A fifth promotional single, "Neon Diamonds", was released on January 22, 2021 to coincide with the album's preorder.
