F# (pronounced "F-sharp") is a programming language for the Microsoft .NET language runtime environment developed by Microsoft. It is based on the Ocaml which is in turn based on the ML functional programming language.

It is a minor project to demonstrate how .NET enables interoperability between different programming pardigms (see programming language).
