A form of dance born out of the rave scene. The root word liquid refers to the fluid-like motion of the dancers body and apendages. Primarily it is the dancers arms and hands which are the focus, though more advanced dancers work in a full range of body movements. The Liquiding is somewhat similar to the styles of Popping or Locking which were born out of 80s B-Boy and funk movements. It is common for dancers to equip themselves with white cotton gloves; thier black-light sensitive nature gives a vibrant psychadelic effect and enables onlookers and the dancer him/herself to see the sweet moves. The one accsessory almost always worn by a liquider is a basesball/crack hat-these proved both a comforting hidaway as well as an aid for advanced moves called hat-tricks. --66.59.164.205 23:10, 23 Feb 2005 (UTC)Chase420
