Fort Apache may refer to:

  • Fort Apache (film), a 1948 John Ford film starring John Wayne
  • Fort Apache Indian Reservation, the White Mountain Apache tribe's reservation and former United States Army cavalry post near Whiteriver, Arizona
  • Fort Apache Studios, a music recording business and studio based in Bellows Falls, Vermont
  • Fort Apache the Bronx, a 1981 Daniel Petrie film starring Paul Newman
  • Fort Apache (place), used metaphorically to refer to a building, complex, defensive site providing shelter from hostile action in the form of crime (in police drama) or native insurrection/enemy attack (in John Ford movies); now used by police and military to refer to a post which is beset/besieged. Actual examples may be found recently in Iraq and Afghanistan.
