Environmental Sampling Techniques

Environmental sampling techniques are used in biology and ecology as part of scientific studies to learn about the flora and fauna of a particular area and establish a habitat's biodiversity, the abundance of species and the conditions in which these species live amongst other information. This information can then be used to better understand the environment, its ecology and how organisms interact with one another and their environment. Here is a list of some sampling techniques:
