The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline. WP:BEFORE did not reveal any significant coverage on Gnews, Gbooks or Gscholar. Also borders on WP:DICTDEF (for a slang term?). Sole source cited is to an unreliable wiki that just happens to call itself an "encyclopedia".
