Evelyn van Leeuwen (born 15 May 1972) is a Dutch wheelchair basketball player.[1] She won the bronze medal at the 2016 Summer Paralympics.[2][3][4]

She also played at the 2000 Summer Paralympics, 2004 Summer Paralympics and 2014 Women's World Wheelchair Basketball Championship.
