Evelyn van Leeuwen (born 15 May 1972) is a Dutch wheelchair basketball player. She won the bronze medal at the 2016 Summer Paralympics.[1][2][3]
She also played at the 2004 Summer Paralympics, 2008 Summer Paralympics and 2014 Women's World Wheelchair Basketball Championship.
