The first variable of the template represents the name of your standard time zone, it can be UTC with or without an offset, or the zone's abbreviation. The second variable of the template represents the name of your time zone during daylight savings, it can be UTC with or without an offset, or the zone's abbreviation. The third variable is the range of months of year that you observe daylight savings. The fourth and fifth variables are the links for the time zone abbreviation to point to - by default, this is the abbreviation itself, which is usually a disambiguation, not the intended article.
