EL section has become a list of tools
I'm a bit concerned that the EL section has become a list of tools. It's intended to be a place to learn more about the topic per WP:EL. I'm inclined to clean in up unless someone has further ideas. AliveFreeHappy (talk) 23:47, 12 January 2017 (UTC)
