Re instating Chitkara Institute of Engineering and Technology as a separate page

Recently this article was tried to be made a separate page by an unknown editor and edit was rolled back by other editors citing lack of resources. I have found a recent news article that states Chitkara Institute of Engineering & Technology as a "an integral part of Chitkara University".
