Consonant conjuncts

Hi there. Should there be explicit mention in the article that the way to do a consonant conjunct is first_consonant then virama then second_consonant? It is explicit in the Unicode documents but not in this article and (as of this writing) not in any article on Devanagari or Unicode. 2607:FEA8:571F:7A80:65CF:DA90:C7D3:155D (talk) 17:39, 13 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I wouldn't put that in a Unicode block article, because it applies across multiple blocks. Maybe Devanagari#Unicode if you feels it's necessary. Although it applies to the Unicode encoding of many, many Brahmic scripts. My gut feel is that it isn't needed but I wouldn't oppose its addition in the Devanagari article.
