TeleFile is the U.S. Internal Revenue Service's automated voice-response system used by millions of taxpayers to file a 1040EZ form. The system allows a user to have his refund directly deposited to his bank account by dialing his routing number and account number. Since these numbers are repeated back for confirmation, use of this TeleFile feature by cell phone is not necessarily safe.
