The Journal of Computer Graphics Techniques (JCGT) is an diamond open access peer-reviewed scientific journal covering computer graphics. It was established in May 2012 when a large part of the editorial board (including, e.g., Andrew Glassner) resigned from the now-defunct Journal of Graphics Tools[1], which in turn traces its lineage to the Graphics Gems Book Series. The journal charges no fees and is free to submit, free to publish, and free to read. As of February 2023, 104 papers have been published by JCGT.
