The Department of Somaliland Immigration "(SIBC)" or Somaliland Immigration and Border Control (Template:Lang-so) (Arabic: دائرة الهجرة ومراقبة الحدود صوماليلاندي) is the principal authority to execute and implement the immigration laws of Somaliland.[2][3] Established under the Ministry of Interior, it is assigned with the responsibility of monitoring, controlling and regulating entry, exit and stay of foreign nationals in Somaliland.

The Immigration Department is also responsible for the issue of Somaliland Passports.
