Redirect to .net (disambiguation)

I am proposing to change the redirect target from .NET Framework to .net (disambiguation), as there is no primary topic for .NET. Since 2019, the current redirect is a violation of WP:PRIMARYREDIRECT; see Google Trends for a comparison of .NET Core and .NET Framework. @MB: The discussion on Talk:.NET Core you are referring to had two sides on the argument: those arguing that .NET Core should be the new primary topic for .NET, and those arguing that .NET has no primary topic.
