IEDC
IEDC of RIET is the cell that is dedicated to support young entrepreneurs and their powerful ideas. A dedicated team of students and teachers are working behind to transform the student innovations to a startup. IEDC is a team of students who have the caliber to support and build an entrepreneurship environment. In the team they work as professionals in a company which will mold our students to become a gem in their career. RIET IEDC cell has many student members. The cell is registered under Kerala Startup Mission. RIET IEDC hosts different programs for students to foster their skills and student startup culture in the institution. It started with an aim to build a platform which helps students to convert their ideas into business reality.
NSS
The NSS primarily stands to make the young generation a social being who are responsible to take care of the society. NSS is the most active organization in RIET, supported by many students and staffs. Our student volunteers in NSS work in rural areas, undeveloped areas, small schools and adopted villages inorder to serve them education and help them in their needs. Students also take surveys and conducts studies on that then reach out to a solution. They also make the society aware of education and health by conducting awareness programs.
