Elektropherogramm

An electropherogram is a plot of fluorescence units over time. Electropherograms may be used for deriving results from:

• genealogical DNA testing
• paternity testing
• DNA sequencing
• Genetic fingerprinting

An electropherogram shows a sequence of data produced by an automated DNA sequencing machine.
